We track useful gameplay stats from server logs, including playtime, logins, chat counts, vehicle usage, drag racing results, fire activity, and character history.
We keep it simple: use common sense.
Staff may warn, kick, or ban depending on what happened. Context matters, but repeated issues or obvious bad-faith behaviour will be handled quickly.
Yes. Use Discord and include useful details such as the player's name, what happened, time of the incident, and screenshots or clips if you have them.
Accidents happen in Motor Town. We care about intent and patterns. Owning a mistake and moving on is very different from repeatedly causing problems on purpose.
Join Discord and open the appropriate appeal/support channel. Be honest, include your Steam name or Steam ID, explain what happened, and give staff time to review the logs.
Yes. If your profile, stats, Steam sign-in, or leaderboard data looks wrong, ask in Discord and include your Steam profile link or Steam ID so we can look it up.
Stats come from parsed server logs, so they depend on the server and parser being online. If something looks stale, it may update after the parser catches up.
Post suggestions in Discord. Ideas that make the server easier to use, fairer, or more fun are always worth discussing.
